Supply and Install a minimum of 75 linear feet of a pressure treated fence. Pricing includes a representative attending the property to verify site conditions and measurements. Any additional charges will be assessed and notified to homeowner/purchaser onsite. Additional charges can occur due to unusual ground conditions, hand-digs, setting posts in concrete etc. -We will apply for Hydro, BellMts and Shaw utility lines. We are not held liable for any damage to privately owned lines. Installation: -Property lines are to be identified by the Homeowner/Purchaser. -Our installation team will require 3 linear feet of ground clearance to the proposed fence line and 10 linear feet of overhead clearance, please notify us of any hindrance prior to installation. -We provide a one year workmanship warranty. This does not include cracking, splitting, warping, twisting and green pressure treatment stains/marks.
